Thank you for this simple but informative video. I have a different boiler manufacturer but used the instructions in this video to set timer.
@WorcesterBoschGroup Many Thanks guys that was really helpful. Did have a small issue because the arrow pointing to the outer 24hr clock didn't allign with the inner clock but I figured out that I could move the inner clock as well to synchronise the two. Many Thanks.

We recently installed a new boiler ,32Cdi with one of this wireless programmers. The timer continually loses time.It has been changed and reset by a worcester engineer, but the problem is still there. Could you please advice?
Can somebody please explain how this mechanichal clock knows if it is 4 in the afternoon and not 4 in the morning? I can see that the timer operates using a 24hr system but not the clock. Many thanks.

How do you put it on more than once a day? It's winter here and cold and damp in the house all the time. I'm in a less than ideal houseshare. To give you an idea drying clothing is difficult as it's not warm enough
@kiklonas1 well we r having a bit of trouble with our little green light coming on, on the thermostat receiver next to the boiler. it turns the boiler off. but to help you with the clock its all to do with the black arrow if you look at what he has its 4am by the hands and the black arrow is on the 4 so its 4am if it was 4pm at night, the arrow would need to be on 16. if you need me to explain a bit more send me a pm, hope this helped.
the switch on my boiler to turn it so that it is constantly on has become slightly loose, when i put the switch all the way to the top it falls back down slightly so that i can only use the heating if i have the timer on, is there a way this can be taken out and repaired rather than buying a whole new switch? it will click past the timer but it wont stay up enough to stay on constant heating.

boilers are g8, had no probs with my worccester greenstar 28i jnr.... although i had to fin a min on how set the timmer with arrow to side...a blonde moment...lol but reccomended
The heating never comes on even though we set the clock to the right timing, we have phoned to get it fixed but it still doesn't work
Just a small comment - saying 'the clock is set by turning the dial to the required time' is a bit confusing because 'required' makes it sound like its linked to the time you want the heating to be on. Maybe better to make it clear you are moving it to the actual time it is when you are setting it?
somehow my timer doesn't line up with the hands. Can I fix it?

I'm sorry but this was about as helpful as teacup made of snow! Why doesn't he explain the triangle pointing to the hour on 24 hr clock needs to match the time on the 12 hr clock? Why didn't he do an example setting of a time e.g I want my boiler to come on at 6am and this is how you do it....pointless video.....
