I find it so hard to believe that since my water light doesn’t work but the rest do it would cost me 600 dollars for a new panel, doesn’t cost much more for a new fridge

This would most likely fix my problem, I have some missing LED segments and it makes reading the numbers some what confusing. Dang..... just can't really justify $200 for this thing. I'll just live with it.

How would I determine if its the interface control panel that's at fault or something else?

Two of the three indicator lights (water and cubes) are out. The third (crushed ice) is still working. Do I need to replace the entire interface at a cost of $150 just to replace those lights?

Will the control panel being faulty cause the refrigerator to not cool properly? The freezer works fine, but not the fridge. Also, the ice maker is not hooked to water, but the back of the ice maker has ice buildup.

Would replacing this control board make my freezer reach the proper temperature?
